Delivery
For all stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within the timeframes outlined on each product page, however delivery is often quicker. Any stock items where personal delivery & setup is selected will aim to be delivered within 10 working days - we will contact to arrange a suitable delivery date. We will undertake to use reasonable endeavours to despatch the goods within this timescale but we cannot guarantee to do so. The delivery time of non-stock goods may vary but we will keep you updated regularly with ETA's.
Box delivered desks are sent flat packed for self-assembly, some chairs may also require basic assembly when box delivered, however, you can request that we deliver and set up the goods for you at an additional charge, this can be selected at checkout.
We use a reputable national courier service to send out all of our boxed delivery items. Ensure you sign for all goods as unchecked so that if in the unlikely event something is damaged, claims can be made from the couriers. Please note deliveries by our couriers can only be left at your front door, reception or goods inwards.
It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day. Any damages, errors or omissions notified to us after this period will not be considered.
Boxed Delivery
Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote.
Accessories ordered on their own are charged at £5 + VAT per delivery - this offer is only available for internet orders and to non-trade accounts. All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order.

Chair: Personal delivery and set up £60
Desk: Personal delivery and set up £60
If you order a Chair and a Desk together then only one £60 charge will apply.
Returns
For orders not placed online, please refer to the returns form sent with your order acknowlegment for details of your returns policy.
We hope that you are very happy with your goods, if you feel the product you have received is not suitable and you would like advice on an alternative product then please complete the returns form (link at the bottom of this page).
Consumers who buy goods online can cancel their order by sending a written request to us any time from the moment they place it, up to seven working days from the day after they receive the goods.
In all cases where goods are to be returned, the Customer must first complete the return request form (link at the bottom of this page). Goods must be returned during business hours carriage paid in perfect condition in its original intact packaging with the a Returns Note enclosed. Goods not returned in the original packaging are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured courier service (TNT, Royal Mail signed for, DPD etc) for your return and obtain a receipt of despatch as we will not be responsible for returned items which fail to arrive with us or which are damaged in transit.
Some items bought online cannot be returned, examples include software if the seal is broken on the wrapping and tailor-made or personalised goods. If you are unsure if your item can be returned, please contact us.
Once your goods have been received and checked you will be issued with a refund as long as the above conditions of return have been met. In all cases the outward carriage is non-refundable.
To return a product, please complete and submit the form here and return it to us BEFORE returning your items. We will evalaute your return request and aim to respond within 24 hours.
