Product Trials

We offer a free two week trial period on the majority of our products to ensure suitability.

Should an item be deemed unsuitable within two weeks of receipt, please put a return request in writing to office@backcs.co.uk.

We are happy to supply an alternative product if required on receipt of the originally purchased item or to issue a refund. If you wish to return an item at the end of your two-week trial then please follow the returns procedure outlined here.

There are certain items that don't qualify for the two week trial period such as bespoke products and software. If you are unsure whether your items are available on the two week trial period then please contact us.

All orders which are not placed online must state a request for the two week trial period for it to apply. The usual terms and conditions for return of these items would apply.
