Vitalit Ergonomic Desk Lamp has two main functions, which are as a high-quality desk lamp and as a bright light therapy lamp. The very high illuminance of max 10,000 lux is beneficial for both uses. The maximum brightness of the lamp is many times higher than that of circadian lamps. Even at a distance of 30 cm the brightness is 2,500 lux.
Bright light therapy should not be confused with lamps simulating the circadian daylight rhythm without the bright light efficiency. The main difference can be seen as:

Ergonomic Benefits
